Free Returns

We offer 7 days free returns if the product delivered is damaged or different from what was ordered.

Chargeable Returns

  • If the return is due to reasons other than damage or incorrect item, return shipping charges will apply.
  • The customer is responsible for both forward and reverse courier charges.

Cancellation Policy

  • Prepaid orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
  • If a customer refuses delivery, both forward courier charges and Return to Origin (RTO) charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours of cancellation.
  • A 3% payment gateway fee will be deducted if the customer cancels for reasons other than product unavailability.
  • If the delivery address falls under an out-of-service area, a 100% refund will be issued.
  • If a product is unavailable or the order cannot be fulfilled by us, a refund is processed within 24–48 hours.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be in its original packaging.
  2. The product should be unused with all tags intact.
  3. In case of a damaged product return:
    • On delivery, check if the package is factory sealed and free from physical damage.
    • If there are concerns, do not open the product yourself.
    • A continuous unboxing video (without breaks) must be recorded while opening the parcel.
    • The company will not be responsible if an unboxing video is not available.

Note: In case of missing products, customers must provide an unboxing video before opening the parcel. Claims without such video proof will not be accepted.


Refund Timeframe

  • Refunds are typically processed within 4–5 business days.
  • If the standard timeframe has passed and the refund has not been received, please contact your bank or card issuer for updates.
